The New Home Package is great for first-time home buyers, and buyers new to the area. The Package includes:
- Welcome Basket filled with a map of the area, New Address postcards, Welcome letter, Errands by James business card and brochure, and a coupon for one free 1/2 hour of service (If you would like to offer your clients only the "Welcome to the area Basket" you may for a fee of $25)
- Flowers Delivered up to a $20 Value
- Cable, phone internet hook-up and Wait Service

"Customer Appreciation Package"
The Customer Appreciation Package lets you reward your best real estate clients with the quality service of Errands by James. Let us help them manage their lives by doing their time-consuming errands. The Package includes, everything listed above and the following:
- 1 Grocery Shopping/Meal Delivery
- 2 Dog Walking Sessions
- 3 hourly errands of their choice
- Reminder Service for ONE FULL YEAR

"Open House Assistance"
Reward yourself and let us help you close the deal! We would love to assist you in the sale of a home by:
- For Sale Sign put up/take down
- Key Delivery
- Courier Service
- Deliver coffee, donuts, punch, cookies and balloons *cost of goods are agents responsibility
- Prep Open House (light cleaning, air freshener, candles lit)
